city of yes petition 2025The Queens Civic Congress took a position to challenge NewYork City's 2024 City of Yes initiative on March 25, 2025. Below are the Article 78 petition as well as affidavits by our land use attorneys and urban planner consultant. This starts a legal process that will take several months of review and possible hearings. We look forward to a positive result that would remove all aspects of the City of Yes program.
