QUEENS CIVIC CONGRESS Biennial Awards
the congressional luncheon is held Every other year beginning in 2004.  Queens Civic Congress and Queens Civic Congress Foundation recognize outstanding QCC members and community activists as well as Organizations that have made significant contributions to quality of life in queens.
